The director, author and producer Vincent Biron presented his feature film debut PRANK at the Filmfest Hamburg 2016. I had the chance to sit down with him and talk about making a wonderful film without almost no money and a lot of other things.

About the film

Stefie, an unremarkable teenage loner, is recruited by Jean-Sé, Martin and Lea to record their daily capers with his cellphone. The four pranksters decide to set up a stunt that goes beyond anything they’ve done so far… But this time, who will be the victim?

Short Review

PRANK is the wonderful proof, that you don’t need a big budget to make a good film, as long as you have a good story to tell. The french-canadian director Vincent Biron is doing everything right in his feature film debut. The film is cheeky, fresh and damn funny.
